We store personal data that you fill in on our websites - such as your contact details on a feedback form or competition entry.
We do not sell personal data, or sell or share our mailing lists.
We do not pass your data on to third parties except in these specific situations: we pass on details of competition winners to the prize provider; we publish the names of prize winners; we'll pass on your details to companies if and only if you've asked us to when entering a competition; we pass on data when we collect data on behalf of someone else - for example, carnival entry forms.
Your data is held within the UK.
We are registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Act - Cromhall Media Ltd, ZA004375.
We do not buy personal data or mailing lists from third parties.
If you send us email or provide an email address in a feedback form or competition entry, we'll only use your email address to reply to you or contact you about your message, and to send you our occasional newsletter if you've opted in to that.
We won't spam you and we won't help anyone else do that either.
When you use the feedback form, you do not need to give your name or email address, but we would like to know who the information came from, and we'd like to be able to reply.
If we're sending you newsletters and you'd rather not receive them any more, let us know and we'll remove you from the list - just reply to the e-mail or use our contact form.
Cookies are little snippets of information that are stored on your computer by a website, and they're normally used to keep track of something - who you're logged in as, or what you've got in your shopping basket, for example - as you move between pages on a website. They're pretty essential to how websites work, but they can also be (mis)used to track what you do on the web.
You'll be able to use most parts of our websites if you choose to block cookies; however, if you log in or set preferences we need to use cookies so the website can remember who you are from page to page.
There are no longer any third party cookies used on our sites.
To find out more about cookies, and how to block or remove unwanted ones, visit www.aboutcookies.org.
Advertising on our sites is managed by us, so there are no third-party advertising websites gathering information on you.
Our web servers keep logs of visitors, as is standard practice. These will show your IP (computer) address, how you arrived at the site, which pages you visited, and which browser you use. We may look at that information to understand how people use our websites generally, but no personally-identifiable information is processed or stored.
We may also collect additional technical information to help us improve the websites, such as your screen resolution.
